Our coaches are certified professionals, trained through comprehensive youth coaching and Safe Sport programs. Your child’s experience will be safe, positive, and enriching.

Our Mission

To provide every swimmer—from novice to international competitor—a positive team experience, excellent coaching, and the opportunity to reach their full potential in and out of the pool. Our level-based, progressive programs ensure each athlete develops at their own pace and achieves personal goals.

Our Achievements
  • Head Coach Carle' Fierro: National Age Group Coach of the Year finalist; USA Swimming House of Delegates member (2018)
  • Wolverines: 14 High Point Trophies at the 2019 Westchester County Championships; swept medals and trophies
  • 2015–2025: 125+ National Age Group Rankings, including 31 #1 national rankings
  • 110+ Metropolitan Age Group Records and 7 USA Swimming National Age Group Records
  • Only Westchester County team with an age-group swimmer ranked Top 100 in the World (2016, 2017, 2020)
Coach Carle has developed numerous elite swimmers, including:
  • Cristina Teuscher (ages 6–10) – Olympic Gold Medalist
  • Kate Douglass (ages 7–15) – Olympic Medalist
  • Claire Weinstein (ages 6–14) – World Champion
These athletes began their competitive swimming journeys under Coach Carle’s guidance.
